Love bagel
As a student, I worked part-time at a bakery for six years.
Since then, I have loved bagels.
I started making bagels because I wanted my children to eat simple bagels.
The recipe was arrived at after repeated trial and error, such as the mixing ratio of bread flour and wheat flour, milk, and soy milk and so on.

This website was built using WordPress, and I designed it using the “Ashe” theme. Although there is a paid version available, we opted for the free version so that we could modify the design and create our blog.
